so i took off her belt and let her out, 30minutes of running at 70mph later, she calmed down and looked cute like this:
i just love dogs...
.
.
.
.
so anyway, after bathing Lola, i waited for the arrival of another dog into our family..
from what my dad told me, she's a 1+year old, grey American Bully, named Bobby..
so bro and dad went and get her, she arrived, caused pandemonium.
.
the thing about older, fighting dogs, is that they have lots and lots of energy.
and from what i learnt from watching Dog Whisperer, you always ALWAYS get the dog tired before doing anything else that you want to do with it.
so i told my dad(like for ten times or so), walk her first before bringing her into the house,
well, my dad isn't the type that listens.
so in came Bobby the heavyweight champion, trying to release all that anxiety and power she had kept in her skinny little body for months, onto our delicate Lady Lulu.
.
we had to send her back. :(
.
i just hate not helping homeless, isolated dogs
especially the ones like Bobby who's currently having severe skin+pest problems all over her body.
we didn't even try hard to get her introduced properly.
it breaks my heart to see her go like that...
.
.
you can't just agree to keep a dog,
then randomly brings her in as if she's human,
then nonchalantly send her back and say 'we can't take her'.
SHE'S NOT AN OBJECT.
.
.
how can you not feel hurt about it.
how can you not shed a tear over her pain, even if she's an animal and doesn't feel the severity of her injuries.
how can you give hope, then take it all back and send her back to her little corner, all chained up, at a place where she can't move much without stepping onto her faeces and have nothing to eat, nothing to drink.
how could you.
.
.
.
.
yea i don't feel like telling any further about it.
bye.
